Denise listened to what we wanted and showed us properties meeting those criteria and more. She made herself available to us for an extended part of each day which we appreciated. We had the pleasure of using Denise Dobie to not only to sell our house, but to also find us a new home. Denise bent over backwards to find listings that were in our price range, she never wasted our time showing us locations that did not have the particulars we were looking for. In this competitive age of real estate when houses are selling very quickly, Denise was able to be one step ahead so we were able to view listings as soon as they were available. She was very flexible with her time, so if we wanted to see something "right now", she always made it happen. Denise made the sale of our house go smoothly, from the dreaded paper work with price negotiations, to supplying packing supplies, then showing up with nourishment on the day of the move.
